Spicy Gourmet Ramyeon


  • 1 package Ramyeon Noodle
  • 2 tbsp or to taste of gochujang (korean red pepper paste)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup kimchi
  • 3 bird's eye chili or to taste
  • processed cheese or mozzarella
  • sesame oil
  • water
Saute the garlic with sesame oil, add the water. Once it boiling, add gochujang, soy sauce, and the noodle including the dried veggies and seasoning. When the noodle cooked, add kimchi, green onion, chili, and cheese. Enjoy!
