Pizza Sauce

  • 3 fresh tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp preferred sweetener or sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
Saute the garlic and onion until translucent. Add the other ingredients, cook until thicken. Process the mixture with hand blender or in a food processor. Bring to boil again. Let it cool, pour in a jar, store in fridge, will last for 1-2 weeks.
