Le Alaska Bakery, Apgujeong Seoul

It's not hard to find bakery in Seoul, as the big chain such as Paris Baguette and the sibling Paris Croissant are almost in every corner of the city. But if you're looking something more special, there are not many. On my second visit to Seoul, I got be prepared better with list of places that some are most likely not so korean.

This is the best bakery around Apgujeong area. They have freshly baked European style bread. I love the walnut cranberry bread, it's chewy soft slightly sweet, super scrumptious. They also serve various kind of sandwich, coffee, and shaved ice dessert. I personally love their pastries, their pain au chocolat was excellent. Le Alaska also have a very nice interior. It looks like a small bakery from the front but actually they have pretty wide space inside. Personally, loving the old-style bicycle in front of the shop, very lovely. This place is not just a bakery that you want to grab some bread then go, but closely like a coffee shop. People did spend hours to hang out with their friends or simply killing time with their gadget.

  1. There are a couple of intriguing points soon enough in this article but I do not know if them all center to heart. There is certainly some validity but I am going to take hold opinion until I explore it further.
