Buttery Mashed Potato

  • 3-4 large potatoes, peeled, boiled
  • 2 tbsp butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • chives, sliced (optional)
Drain the potatoes, mash it. Add the butter, salt and pepper, then pour the milk and cream, mix well. Add a little more or less liquid until you reach your desire consistency.
