Ingredients:
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 2 cup spinach (horenso), chopped
- 1 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup onion, sliced
- 1-2 cup water
- salt and pepper to taste
- olive oil
Directions:
- On a pan add saute the onion and garlic with olive oil
- Add the green onion, and rice
- Pour the water, cook the rice with the lid on
- Add the dill, spinach, salt and pepper
- Cook for few more minutes

If you live in the North Hemisphere chances are you are low in vitamin D. It's the “sunshine vitamin” and we just aren't able to hang out in shorts every day of the year. Even if we did we'd wisely use a bit of sun protection too.
