Flour Tortilla

  • 2 cups all purpose flour and a little more for dusting
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • salt to taste
  1. Combine the flour, butter or oil, salt and baking powder. Add the warm water little by little. Mix well until all come together and form a dough
  2. Place the dough in a large bowl, close with plastic wrap. Let it rest for 2 hours or more
  3. Lightly dust your working space with flour. Take some of the dough, roll it.
  4. Heat the pan on medium heat, place the rolled dough. Flip over when the other side is done
