Honey Mustard Yogurt Dressing

Does it sound cliche to say that salad is my comfort food? Anyway, it's true. I have at least a serving of salad for a day. Balsamic Vinaigrette is my favorite but there are times to give a try for other dressings. I rarely consume mayo lately and often replace it with yogurt. For me garlic and herbs are essentials in salad dressing. When you make salad dressing, make sure to leave it in fridge for at least an hour so all the flavors blend well.

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • fresh herbs of your choice, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
Mix all the ingredients, let it sit in a fridge covered, for at least an hour.
