Patbingsoo Korean Dessert - Flavor Bliss Alam Sutera

I was very happy when found out that there's a new opening of a Korean dessert place here. Last summer, to South Korea, it was the second time, I had bingsu (shaved ice) like everyday. There were plenty of dessert house and even all coffee shop and restaurant also serve their special creation of bingsu. Patbingsu is a shaved ice dessert with various toppings such as fruits, rice cakes, and a must ingredients red bean paste, 'pat' means red bean so

if there's no red bean then you call it bingsu

It closely looks like Bibimbap agree? But it's actually a dessert, Bibimpatbingsoo! Consist of soft shaved ice on the bottom, topped with sweet red bean paste, jelly, coconut jelly, kiwi fruit, strawberry, and ice cream that looks exactly like sunny side up. Pretty unique, thumbs up for the idea. It served with a fruity syrup as the 'gochujang'.

Gangnam Patbingsoo - consists of shaved ice, sweet red bean paste, popcorn, cornflakes, vanilla ice cream, and drizzled with caramel sauce. This is the winner if you're not a fan of caramel, well I do agree too because this dessert has a lovely combination. When you grab a spoon filled with crunchy cornflakes, popcorn, with soft vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce drops, I know that I ordered the right one!

They also serve some savoury dishes which are also quite interesting, I'll go back next time to try some of them and of course for another bingsu. A quote said that there's always a room for dessert, I'm not agreeing as I can't eat something too sweet but an exception for ice cream.
