Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad

One of my favorite salad, it's a broccoli lettuce tomato salad with baked sweet potato and baked cheese mushroom. It's just about throwing the sweet potato into the oven, mean while adding some cheese onto the mushroom, bake for 5 to 10 minutes. Then mixing the veggies with the dressing. Fresh veggies are best, and those are organic. Dressing is an important thing for salad even sometimes I eat salad without dressing. Balsamic vinaigrette is my favorite. Here is the recipe for my balsamic vinaigrette:

  • balsamic vinegar, make sure you get the good one
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • a clove of garlic, minced
  • chopped fresh herbs, basil and oregano are best for this recipe
  • salt and pepper to taste
Some said a good vinaigrette start with oil 3 : 1 acid, but I don't like if it's too oily. I personally like mine acid 3 : 1 oil. But you can just adjust to your preference.
