French Crepes: Banana Nutella



For the crepes you will need:
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • vanilla extract for sweet crepes
Filling:
  • banana
  • nutella
Directions:
Combine all the crepes ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth. Put it in a container, and rest the batter for few hour or overnight. On a nonstick pan, add a little butter, pour the batter. Move around the pan so you will get a very thin pancake, flip over, remove from the pan once both side are done
