Banana Berry Bowl


This is a meal, not dessert. I usually had this in the late afternoon, replacing my dinner. But it is not something that I eat everyday or even once a week, as I prefer savoury food.

Ingredients for the smoothies:
  • frozen strawberry
  • frozen banana (fresh banana, peeled, cut in 3-4, put in an air-tight container, freeze)
  • camu powder (optional)
  • water if needed
Toppings:
  • fresh kiwi
  • strawberry
  • chia seeds
  • hemp hearts
  • almond
  • pepita (pumpkin seed)
