Cheese Fried Rice (Nasi Goreng Keju)

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp minced onion
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1/2 cup mixed vegetables
  • 1 egg
  • fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • cheese as needed
  • salt and pepper to taste
*you can also add diced chicken, prawn, or sausages

On a pan, saute the garlic and onion until translucent. Add the veggies, egg, and rice. Stir well, add the rest of the ingredients except the cheese. Make a hole on a pan, put the cheese in the middle, cover with the fried rice. Let it sit for 1-2 mins.
