Ingredients:
- 1 ripe frozen banana
- 1 cup non-dairy milk* (I used cashew milk)
- preferred sweetener if needed
For toppings, I had blueberries, jackfruit, pomegranate, more banana, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, and hemp seeds
Directions:
Blend the frozen banana with the non-dairy milk, pour in a bowl then add toppings of your choice.
*) for non-dairy milk, nowadays it's easily to find online or at grocery stores but you can also make your own nut/seed/grain based milk, for example almond, cashew, macadamia, or even rice milk. It's super easy to make, all you have to do is soak the nut/seed/grain about 5 to 8 hours, blend with some water and strain with cheese cloth. It won't stay long in a fridge as we don't use preservative, approximately about 1 to 2 days, but seriously it taste good!
