Caramelized Sriracha Tempeh Veggie Rice Rolls

  • tempeh, sliced
  • coconut nectar or preferred liquid sweetener
  • sriracha sauce
  • fish sauce
  • rice paper
  • cabbage, sliced
  • lettuce
  • any veggies of your choice
Combine the sriracha, liquid sweetener, and fish sauce in a bowl. Add the tempeh into the sauce mixture, let it sit for 15 minutes. On a greased pan, add the tempeh, cook until golden brown and a little charred. Dip the rice paper in a hot water for few seconds then start to fill it with veggies and tempeh, roll. Serve with chili peanut sauce or sweet chili sauce.
