Airport Food at HKIA (Hong Kong International Airport): Tasty Congeeand Noodle Wantun Soup

I visited Hong Kong this summer after my South Korea trip. I never want to eat at fast food chain that is available here in Indonesia, but sometimes there's an exception for an apple pie from one of the most famous fast food chain because I love apple pie.

You can find almost everything in Hong Kong International Airport, from American fast food to Chinese dim sum. They also have my favorite bubble tea brand, and of course ice cream. I had lunch with sister before get back to Indonesia at Tasty Congee and Noodle Wantun Soup, we ordered shrimp fried rice, hakau (shrimp dumpling), and beef brisket noodle soup. It was so good. I was impressed, I can say it's one of the best airport food I've ever had. I can taste that they only use fresh ingredients, all dishes are cooked perfectly. Later, I found out that this place were awarded Best of the Best Culinary Award - Gold with Distinction Award by Hong Kong Tourism Board, and the Bib Gourmand distinction in Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau Edition in 2009 and 2010.
