It is Flammeküche from Strasbourg, the capital of Alsace region in France. It's is almost the similar to pizza, but it is usually in rectangular shape. It was really good, just like pizza which is always good. Thin bread with plenty of topping and of course melted cheese, it made my day. You can find Flammeküche or flams (tartes flambées in French) in most of restaurants in Strasbourg. But it also available in some of small stall close to souvenir shops. They have various toppings, from mushroom to peppers. They sell it in a glass display, and they will warm it up in the oven once you ordered. It costed me about €5 for a Flammeküche.
