Sundubu Jiggae (Korean Soft Tofu Stew): Easy Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 1 package soft tofu
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp dashi stock or 3 anchovies
  • 2 pieces kelp
  • 2 tbsp gochujang (korean red pepper paste) or more
  • 1 tsp red pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup kimchi juice
  • 2 cups water
  • soy sauce to taste
  • green onion, sliced
  • mushroom (optional)
Directions:
In a hot pot boil the water with garlic, kelp, and dashi. Add the gochujang, tofu, and the rest of the ingredients except the egg. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes, add the egg.

  2. Easy recipe, Name of the recipe is really difficult for me. I don't know how you give a name to it because it i don't be aware from the assignmentmasters and also try it for check the taste. Before start to check the taste you have to implement ingredients for the dish.
