Crispy Cinnamon Rolls

  • puff pastry
  • cinnamon powder
  • brown sugar (I used molasses)
  • a tiny pinch of salt (optional)
  • water
In a bowl mix the brown sugar and cinnamon, you can adjust the amount depending on your taste. I like to add a tiny pinch of salt into my sugar mixture to balance the flavor. On working surface, place the puff pastry. Brush the pastry with water, then spread the cinnamon sugar mixture. Roll the pastry, and cut into your preference shape. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes at 220 C.
