Pineapple Pico de Gallo (Salsa Fresca)


  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp minced onion
  • 3-4 hot chili / jalapeno
  • chopped cilantro
  • lime juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
In a bowl combine all ingredients together, chill in a fridge for an hour.
