Falafel Burger

For the falafel you will need:
  • 2 cups chickpeas, soaked over night
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • oil
Blend all the falafel ingredients in a food processor. Shape the falafel into a patty, you can pan fry it in a skillet or bake it in the oven. Cook until golden brown.
