Ingredients:
- 4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup yogurt, or use vegan yogurt
- 2 tbsp milk, or dairy free milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp light olive oil
- 1 tbsp preferred sweetener, I used coconut nectar
- 2/3 cup water or as needed
Directions:
- Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In a bowl mix the yogurt, water, olive oil, sweetener, and milk.
- Mix the dry and wet ingredients together until form a dough, knead for 5 to 10 minutes. Let it rest in a covered bowl for 2 hours.
- Roll your dough, place it on hot pan, partly cook both side.
- Using tongs, place the naan on fire, cook until brown and a little charred
