Resep: Green Tea Waffle Recipe

  • 1.5 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup tapioca or potato starch
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 egg, separated
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 3 tbsp sugar or preferred sweetener
  • 2 tbsp green tea powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp of water or as needed
  • a pinch of salt
  1. Mix the flour, tapioca, salt, green tea powder, baking powder, and baking soda
  2. Combine egg yolk, yogurt, milk, and sugar in a mixing bowl, stir well
  3. Beat the egg white until stiff
  4. Mix all the wet and dry ingredients, do not over mix.
  5. Pre-heat the waffle iron, spray with cooking spray or lightly brush with some oil. You can use waffle maker as well
  6. Pour the waffle batter into the waffle iron, flip once one side is done
  7. Serve with vanilla ice cream, green tea powder, and soy bean powder
