Food Trip: The Roti Prata House Singapore

Indian food can be pricey here in Indonesia as it is usually can be found in specialty restaurant but in Singapore (also Malaysia) it's everywhere. Also, finding late night meals in Jakarta is much easier than in Singapore but this place saved us, The Roti Prata House. It was very late and we're super hungry, my first choice was Maggi Goreng (SGD 3.50), instant noodle that is popular in Malaysia and Singapore but they cooked it again along with some veggies and spices to enhance the flavor. To fulfill the hunger, Masala Chicken Briyani (SGD 5.50) was quite satisfying, fragrant rice combined with super tender chicken in rich and spicy sauce. More protein from Crispy Fried Chicken (SGD 4.50) I've always been a fan of this kind of fried chicken, typical Singapore-Malaysian ayam goreng, juicy and tender meat with light crispy batter on the outside.

Prata Banana (SGD 3), Corn (SGD 2.50), Durian (SGD 3.50). Crispy Prata filled with various filling such as cheese, chocolate, even durian. I must say that we ordered the right ones, I have no disappointment. It was crispy on the edges, gooey inside. There's no reason for not having their prata, whatever your choices.

Trip to Singapore is complete with having Milo Dinosaur (SGD 2.50) and Horlicks Dinosaur. Chocolate base drink topped with extra Milo powder, undissolved chocolate powder floating on cold chocolate drink. Same thing with Horlicks, the malted milk drink, sweet yet slightly salty and savory. Personally I prefer Horlicks Dinosaur, let me know which one is your preference?

One stop place for good meal, more over it's open until late. Dining in Singapore is definitely not cheap, but The Roti Prata House can be an alternative as it's still affordable. I'd go back for Cheese Bomb Prata on my next visit. Fyi, in Singapore I used Uber most of the time as it's more convenient also it can be cheaper if you're in group (4 persons), they also have Uber XL (6 persons).

The reason I ask is because your layout seems different then most blogs and I’m looking for something completely unique. P.S My apologies for getting off-topic but I had to ask! kizi Games free
