Blueberry Lemon Microwave Mug Cake Recipe (Resep)

  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp all purpose flour / cake flour
  • 2-3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • vanilla
  • lemon zest
  • a pinch of salt

Mix all the ingredients in a mug, microwave for 1 minute. If it's not done, add 10 seconds repetition

  • do not over cook the cake, or it will be eggy and rubbery
  • you can use sugar, powdered sugar, syrup, or honey as the sweetener
