This chocolate pudding is just sooo good, silky smooth, just make sure to get a good quality chocolate powder. You can also use your favorite chocolate drink powder but you surely want to adjust the sugar measurement.
Instead of adding Marie Biscuits on top, I tried to put the marie biscuits crumbs into the vla mixture. Well, of course I also added an extra biscuit on top. I keep this recipe eggless but if you're into rich sauce then add an egg yolk into the vla and add some vanilla or rhum, though it's optional.
Chocolate Silky Pudding:
- 550 ml milk
- 50 gr sugar
- 40 gr chocolate powder (unsweetened)
- 1/2 tsp jelly powder
- 1/2 tsp agar powder
Marie Biscuits Vla:
- 300 ml milk
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 20 gr sugar
- 5 pieces Marie Biscuits
- 1 tsp vanilla extract or rhum for flavor
- a pinch of salt
